I consider myself an enthusiastic, open-minded person with full of love and joy, who’s passionate about her profession. I think in food making, it is very important to combine the knowledge of traditional kitchen with the modern times’ wits and improvements. I only cook with organic, bio ingredients, because I am convinced, that the basis of a consistent, balanced lifestyle is healthy eating. I am also an experimenter type, who likes to taste new flavors, so I can easily orient between different kind of recipes from the traditional Hungarian cuisine, to all the way to the Asian kitchen. I can hardly wait for our summer vacation, and to properly feed every camper.
